MatPlus Classes
The matwork is Pilates in its purest form! Deriving no assistance from equipment, a Mat session requires you to work deeply from your core.
Our popular MatPlus program combines the best of the matwork with the use of our Wall Units (sometimes referred to as "Towers.") A MatPlus session begins with a brisk 25 - 30-minute matwork,
followed by a 30-minute work on the Wall Units and/or other accessories.
